The sink was way too close to the toilet, making it a hassle for my tall husband to use the bathroom comfortably. It felt cramped, and I can't believe they didn't think about the layout for taller guests.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was quiet and had magnificent location not far from shops & station, '' downtown '' Fukushima City and the the train station.

my favorite property in fukushima. a luxury hotel with a nice restaurant and amazing food. favourable and absolutely perfect location 10 mins walk from the center. a huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

During my recent stay at the richmond, i was impressed by how close it is to the train station, making my travels super convenient. the staff were friendly and made me feel welcomed. my room was clean and surprisingly spacious with a comfy bed, and the bathroom had ample space, making it comfortable to relax in. i also enjoyed the availability of a convenience store right in the hotel, which made it easy to grab snacks on the go.

I had a great stay at this hotel right by the train station. It was super convenient for visiting Matsushima and the Nihonmatsu Lantern Festival. I did leave my glasses behind, but overall, I enjoyed my experience and would recommend it.
